I have nothing but good remarks about Ray as a fitness and nutritional trainer. He was my personal trainer at Bally’s a few years ago when I wanted to lose a few pounds and to my luck I got more than I bargained for. When I met him he told me that he uses a holistic method of training; I had no idea what that meant so he explained that he trains the mind, body and spirit. Even though that was not what I signed up for I thought this was a good idea and decided to give it a try. Over the course of one month, I learned how important it is to maintain mental

Even though that was not what I signed up for I thought this was a good idea and decided to give it a try.”

“Over the course of one month, I learned how important it is to maintain mental and spiritual health; not just physical. He taught me how to meditate in order to gain self-awareness and a good perspective on my life. Through this I became a happier individual and was able to better find myself (this was a cool discovery). The greatest lesson for me was the nutritional value; I became aware of healthy food products including organic and raw foods. What we put into our bodies is most important as our bodies are temples and should be treated as such. Ray opened my eyes to raw foods such as raw sheep milk cheese (I thought this was really weird at first and so does everyone else) but it actually tastes really good. He explained why raw foods are most nutritional.”

“Overall, I consider Ray to be an extremely knowledgeable individual when it comes to nutrition, physical and mental health. He opened my eyes to what really good food is and made me realize that not all foods are created equal. He is also a great physical trainer and motivator. I am really glad I met him.”

Wow man it was amazing. I just went to the chalet which is in front of our beautiful beach and I spent 2 amazing weeks with no crap around me.
No friends, no family, no training, only me and my 20 year old nephew.
I applied some of the things Ray told me to do from one phone session; I detoxed my body and I tried to make it all raw food. I did swimming, lots of push ups, sit ups and pull ups and guess what? I’ve got small wings :) ) Yeey I’m so happy. And aaahhh I did lose 4 kilos, what I

Ray came to be my trainer/mentor as a referral from a friend. Immediately I knew he was different from others I had worked with. He listened and learned who I was and where I want to go. Ray worked with my mind and my body. He is a positive energy source and Ray moved me towards my goals.
