Wow man it was amazing. I just went to the chalet which is in front of our beautiful beach and I spent 2 amazing weeks with no crap around me.
No friends, no family, no training, only me and my 20 year old nephew.
I applied some of the things Ray told me to do from one phone session; I detoxed my body and I tried to make it all raw food. I did swimming, lots of push ups, sit ups and pull ups and guess what? I’ve got small wings :) ) Yeey I’m so happy. And aaahhh I did lose 4 kilos, what I

Ray came to be my trainer/mentor as a referral from a friend. Immediately I knew he was different from others I had worked with. He listened and learned who I was and where I want to go. Ray worked with my mind and my body. He is a positive energy source and Ray moved me towards my goals.

Hi Ray, When you and I first talked, you made me aware that yes, I had lost 140 pounds before and know what I did to lose that, however; after we spoke you made me more aware of how I was eating, and what was best for my body. Writing a log and completing the forms, really does make you become aware of habits you have acquired and that I was assuming I was eating “healthy” when I wasn’t. Thanks, Renee

“Where do I begin? I needed a change in my eating, exercising and spirit; a new look kind of feeling. As with all things in my life, Ray, or as I call him Doc came at the RIGHT time. After having my consultation, his motivation and insight were the changes I needed. I never worked with a Holistc Nutritionist, and had a lot of unknown questions; but I was thinking, Ok I’ll feel better, lose some weight, and jump start my metabolism. Well I was wrong. The changes we made were from feeling tired, hungry, no energy and most of all no spirit; to feeling healthy, relaxed, enjoying yoga, and breathing in a very short period of time. The changes we made were from feeling tired, hungry, no energy and most of all no spirit; to feeling healthy, relaxed, enjoying yoga, and breathing in a very short period of time.

Ray inspired me so much in the beginning. I had trouble looking in a full-length mirror. Four weeks later I looked in the mirror by accident and didn’t realize it until afterwards. It started. Ray’s insight into nutrition, herbs, vitamins and raw food helped me understand what they do. He was the best cheerleader. He made me understand how I needed to cheer for myself everyday. awhen my phone appointments were here, I couldn’t wait to talk with Ray to tell him how great I was doing. His positive “Yes’s” he would say made me feel like I can do this. He helped me lower my blood elevated levels. Testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, thyroid, vitamin D and liver enzymes all balanced out. Doctors were so amazed at my 20 lb weight loss and my lower blood levels dropping in such a short period of time. I also had golfer’s elbow with so much pain that I had a Dr.’s appointment for surgery. Ray suggested a few things and my pain level dropped… I had to cancel my appointment. My pain level is now a 0-1 on a scale of 1-10.

Recently I took a Christmas cruise and they had a breast cancer 5k walk. Immediately I said, ‘Oh I’m going to do that!’ As I started the walk and saw the signs say 9 laps to go, I thought, Ohhhh 9 laps??? I could hear Ray from my phone conferences coaching me saying, ‘You can do this’,  and I DID! Never before have I walked for a great cause. I now feel with my succesful weight loss and well-being, that I can go on from here.  I’m here to tell you Ray’s knowledge in every area, inspiring my spirit and motivation is soo amazing. I would recommend him to ANYONE for ANYTHING YOU want to accomplish. If you’re reading this, it means you are considering working with Ray. As one company says, ‘JUST DO IT!’

What I take away from this incredible experience with Ray is that I don’t doubt myself anymore. I know what to eat and why. I’m in touch with food and me. My spirit is back! At almost 50, I’m going to party like I’m 25! And I feel it too! I take away with me a friendship, spirit guide and a Great individual. I’m so glad you chose to help, motivate and inspire me. You’re truly an Amazing person. God bless you everyday and in everyone you touch. You my friend are a great warrior.”

I feel so good!!! I am so grateful… I could not get out of bed for 2 years straight… That’s why I gained so much weight. You’re a great teacher and trainer!!! And I am living by example. People watch and take notice, they see a difference in me in a week. I lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks, I started at 220, maybe even a bit more… and I feel amazing. The meditation is powerful… I never felt so alive and centered ever… and my hearing and senses are even sharper. What everyone noticed besides my weight loss was that I was so relaxed and peaceful and yet had energy. Bless you Ray… I have not been out of pain in 15 or more years. I AM PAIN FREE…..AMEN!!!! My prayers have been answered… Thank You!!!!!

I have nothing but good remarks about Ray as a fitness and nutritional trainer. He was my personal trainer at Bally’s a few years ago when I wanted to lose a few pounds and to my luck I got more than I bargained for. When I met him he told me that he uses a holistic method of training; I had no idea what that meant so he explained that he trains the mind, body and spirit. Even though that was not what I signed up for I thought this was a good idea and decided to give it a try. Over the course of one month, I learned how important it is to maintain mental

“Over the course of one month, I learned how important it is to maintain mental and spiritual health; not just physical. He taught me how to meditate in order to gain self-awareness and a good perspective on my life. Through this I became a happier individual and was able to better find myself (this was a cool discovery). The greatest lesson for me was the nutritional value; I became aware of healthy food products including organic and raw foods. What we put into our bodies is most important as our bodies are temples and should be treated as such. Ray opened my eyes to raw foods such as raw sheep milk cheese (I thought this was really weird at first and so does everyone else) but it actually tastes really good. He explained why raw foods are most nutritional.”

“Overall, I consider Ray to be an extremely knowledgeable individual when it comes to nutrition, physical and mental health. He opened my eyes to what really good food is and made me realize that not all foods are created equal. He is also a great physical trainer and motivator. I am really glad I met him.”
