I feel so good!!! I am so grateful… I could not get out of bed for 2 years straight… That’s why I gained so much weight. You’re a great teacher and trainer!!! And I am living by example. People watch and take notice, they see a difference in me in a week. I lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks, I started at 220, maybe even a bit more… and I feel amazing. The meditation is powerful… I never felt so alive and centered ever… and my hearing and senses are even sharper. Ray inspired me so much in the beginning. I had trouble looking in a full-length mirror. Four weeks later I looked in the mirror by accident and didn’t realize it until afterwards. It started. Ray’s insight into nutrition, herbs, vitamins and raw food helped me understand what they do. He was the best cheerleader. He made me understand how I needed to cheer for myself everyday. awhen my phone appointments were here, I couldn’t wait to talk with Ray to tell him how great I was doing. His positive “Yes’s” he would say made me feel like I can do this. He helped me lower my blood elevated levels. Testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, thyroid, vitamin D and liver enzymes all balanced out. Doctors were so amazed at my 20 lb weight loss and my lower blood levels dropping in such a short period of time. I also had golfer’s elbow with so much pain that I had a Dr.’s appointment for surgery. Ray suggested a few things and my pain level dropped… I had to cancel my appointment. My pain level is now a 0-1 on a scale of 1-10.

Recently I took a Christmas cruise and they had a breast cancer 5k walk. Immediately I said, ‘Oh I’m going to do that!’ As I started the walk and saw the signs say 9 laps to go, I thought, Ohhhh 9 laps??? I could hear Ray from my phone conferences coaching me saying, ‘You can do this’,  and I DID! Never before have I walked for a great cause. I now feel with my succesful weight loss and well-being, that I can go on from here.  I’m here to tell you Ray’s knowledge in every area, inspiring my spirit and motivation is soo amazing. I would recommend him to ANYONE for ANYTHING YOU want to accomplish. If you’re reading this, it means you are considering working with Ray. As one company says, ‘JUST DO IT!’

What I take away from this incredible experience with Ray is that I don’t doubt myself anymore. I know what to eat and why. I’m in touch with food and me. My spirit is back! At almost 50, I’m going to party like I’m 25! And I feel it too! I take away with me a friendship, spirit guide and a Great individual. I’m so glad you chose to help, motivate and inspire me. Hi Ray, When you and I first talked, you made me aware that yes, I had lost 140 pounds before and know what I did to lose that, however; after we spoke you made me more aware of how I was eating, and what was best for my body. Wow man it was amazing. I just went to the chalet which is in front of our beautiful beach and I spent 2 amazing weeks with no crap around me.

He taught me how to meditate in order to gain self-awareness and a good perspective on my life. Through this I became a happier individual and was able to better find myself (this was a cool discovery). The greatest lesson for me was the nutritional value; I became aware of healthy food products including organic and raw foods. What we put into our bodies is most important as our bodies are temples and should be treated as such. Q: Why Is Most Of Your Food Vegan? I Am Not A Vegan, Why Should I Eat Your Food?

A: Because you are probably eating too much meat and dairy already. We do not want to give you more. You do not have to be a vegan to reduce your consumption of meat & dairy. People who eat large amounts of meat & dairy can get sick and be allergic to them and don’t even know it. We teach intuitive eating.

Intuitively you know what kinds of foods you need. Besides the basic factors like blood type, metabolism type and others, the foods you need change. Sometimes you will go through periods of eating vegan, sometimes vegetarian, and sometimes you won’t. This depends on too many factors to list here. This is what we will teach you so you can change your eating habits for life. Aren’t you curious how much better your life will be?

Q: What Supplements Do You Carry?

A: We do not carry supplements. We have nutrient dense foods, herbs, nutritional formulas & natural medicines. These become your main food source, so they cannot be labeled as supplemental. Supplements are things you can do without, things you take as boosters at a special time or place. It is how something is used that makes it a supplement or not. Anything can be used as a supplement in relation to what you’re already eating, it’s a relative term. People are deficient in these important nutrients we have and they need them just to function normally. They are necessities.

Q: Can You Help Somebody I know That Has a Condition When Doctors Say They Cannot Do Anything to Help Them?

A: Yes we can. There is always something to be done no matter how bad a person’s condition is, even if they have one day to live. If they really do want to live, and they are given the right tools, they can transform overnight. There is a phenomenon called spontaneous healing and it has been documented and studied by some of the world’s best doctors and scientists. The body can heal when it is given the right nutrients, the mind can heal when it is used the way it was designed to, and your true spirit can be found again when it is released from all the baggage it has been weighed down with.

Q: Why Do You Put So Much of a Focus on Holistic Health? Can’t I Just Take Some Multivitamins to Be Healthier?

A: Holistically is the way we naturally function. Distractions, not staying true to ourselves, people we are influenced by, and picking up behaviors that don’t work for us all take us away from this natural state. To get back to that, all the things you were programmed with must be addressed, and if any of them are left, you will never be truly free. Food is just one area we focus on initially because it is relatively easy for someone to change what they eat and feel better rather quickly. Every aspect of your life must be addressed for you to get the results you really want.
